The Globe Direct Quality Assurance program is involved in nearly every stage of production, from design approval through mail acceptance.

All QA staff are trained according to the U.S.P.S. Mailpiece Quality Control (MQC) guidelines as a baseline and then to the specific requirements of our customers.

Our close professional relationship to the U.S.P.S. is something in which we take great pride. Being one of the largest mailers in the area, we work intimately with our in-house U.S.P.S. Acceptance Clerks to assure all finished products meet each and every requirement. Additionally, our relationships with external U.S.P.S. experts, such as Mailpiece Design Analysts, Facility Supervisors, Business Service Network Specialists and others, allows us to clear the way for high priority mailing issues.

Globe Direct shared mail sends out over 1.25 million individual packages every week to nearly 1,000 different neighborhoods and delivery streams. Every package is checked by Quality Assurance to ensure all inserts are accounted for.

Globe Direct was the first mailer in the region to begin using the Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) on all its solo mail and was asked by the U.S.P.S. to sit on seminars to help educate other mailers who were just beginning the implementation process.
